Ombré Macaron Tower

Order Information:
Orders are accepted up to two weeks before event date. A 25% deposit is required and remaining the balance 7 calendar days before despatch.

 

Cancellation of Order:
Cancellations must be made one week prior to the intended delivery or event date to allow us to return your deposit.

Notification of cancellation less than one week or less prior to the delivery date, no refunds will be offered as production may have commenced.

As circumstances may change and your date may have to be postponed due illness, etc, I will be able to honour a new date providing there are no other bookings at the time. If I'm no longer able to fulfil your order for any reason, your deposit or a full refund of the balance will be paid.

Collect and Collect:
Collection information of your order will be confirmed upon completion of your order. Please do not collect your order until you receive despatch notification.

Door to Door Delivery:
Free delivery service is available within the CB21 area.

Deliveries outside of this zone will incur an additional cost of 20p per mile.

Courier Delivery:
Not available on macaron towers.

Due to the delicate nature of macarons, courier deliveries are currently unavailable.

The main allergens in macarons are: almonds and other tree nuts, free range eggs, dairy and traces of sulphites and soy as well as food colourings which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

I always aim to use natural food colours where possible, however, they may sometimes contain Food Standards Agency approved food colouring

E102 Tartrazine E104 Quinoline yellow, E110 sunset yellow, E122 Carmoisine, E124 Ponceau 4R, E129 Allura Red AC may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children

Ground almonds, free range eggs, granulated sugar (sulphur dioxide), icing sugar, Rainbow Dust Pro Gel Pink food colouring gel: Humectant E422, water, E122 Azorubine, modified starch (tapicoa).
Chocolate: Cacao Barry Zéphyr™ white couverture, (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk power, non-fat dry milk, soya lecithin) Callebaut milk couverture, (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, soya lecithin, natural vanilla)
Fillings: Passionfruit puree, raspberry puree, strawberries and cream.

Macarons will remain fresh for four days after you receive them provided they are stored in an airtight container in the fridge. They are best enjoyed at room temperature so remove 20 minutes or so before eating to allow them to come up to temperature.

Due to the nature of macarons being perishable, they are non-refundable, and returns are not accepted. If you are completely unsatisfied with your order, please contact me within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
