Allergen Information

All of our macarons are handmade in small batches using local and fresh ingredients where possible. Macarons contain allergens mainly tree nuts, eggs, dairy and soya.  

Although macarons are naturally gluten free some flavours do include Lotus Biscoff and Oreo. Macarons by Kiwi Debs cannot guarantee100% gluten free macarons due to the nature of the environment they are made in.

Macarons are not suitable for coeliacs or those with severe nut allergies.

I try to use natural food colourings where possible. Artificial colours are added to increase the vibrancy of the macarons.  These colours may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. You can view these on the allergen information sheet.  

 

All allergen information is labelling on the packaging and can also be found for each individual macaron on this website.
