Macarons are made fresh to order. Two working days is required to process your order. Macarons by Kiwi Debs is unable to provide same day or next day despatch due to the nature of my business.
We aim to have your parcel arrive next day after despatching.
Your parcel will arrive with freshly baked macarons. They can remain out of the fridge for up to five days upon receipt although best kept refrigerated in an air-tight container.

Delivery Options
Depending on your location, the delivery options will vary as follows:
Click and Collect Service
You can collect your order within two working day of receipt of confirmation of your order. Collection information will be contained in this confirmation notification.
Free Delivery
Free delivery is available if the delivery address is within 3 mile radius of Balsham.
UK Mainland Delivery
We deliver to addresses in England, Scotland and Wales using a tracked service. All orders will be sent via courier.
We strongly advise all customers to consider carefully where your parcel is to be delivered. Our courier may need a signature, so please send goods where someone can sign for them.
If you are not going to be home, you can request for your parcel to be left with a neighbour or a safe place when you place your order. If you do not specify a safe place, then your parcel will be left at your front door.
Parcels left on your property, with a neighbour, authorised person or in a safe place will be left entirely at the customer’s risk.
We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage which arises from deliveries not being made because you have provided incorrect or inaccurate address, email address and/or phone number which prevents our courier from contacting you. We shall be entitled to recover any charges levied upon us by our courier company because of such incorrect or inaccurate details being provided.
Where your delivery address is a property that contains a number of units (for example, an apartment block), we cannot guarantee that our courier will deliver to the front door or individual entrance to your unit. It is the courier's discretion as to whether they will bring the delivery directly to your front door where you are in a building that is comprised of several units.
How do I track my order?
Our courier will email you once your parcel has been fulfilled and on its way. This email will contain a tracking code, which you can use to track you order:

Issues with delivery?
I know how disappointing it will be if you have any issues with your delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me with photographic evidence.
