Order Information:
Macaron orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday, will be ready for despatching within two working days. Same day or next day despatch is not available.

Gift orders, please allow two days contingency when selecting a delivery date.

Collect and Collect
Collection information of your order will be confirmed upon completion of your order. Please do not collect your order until you receive despatch notification.

Free Delivery
Free delivery service is available within 5 miles of CB21 4EG area.

Door to Door
Door to door delivery is available only in a 20 mile radius of CB21 4EG at a small charge of 15p per mile to cover fuel costs.

Courier Delivery
Due to the delicate nature of macarons, courier deliveries are not currently available. I prefer to deliver my macarons in person to ensure you receive your macarons in one piece.

Macarons contain allergens: almonds and other tree nuts, eggs, dairy and traces of soy.

I always aim to use natural food colours where possible, however, they may sometimes contain Food Standards Agency approved food colouring.

E102, E104, E122, E124, E129 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

Due to the fresh ingredients used in my macarons I recommend you enjoy them within four days of receiving them. My macarons are delicate and very occasionally may arrive with tiny imperfections, but this shouldn't affect the overall design (or taste!)

Store in an airtight container in the fridge. They are best enjoyed at room temperature so remove 20 minutes before eating to allow them to come up to temperature.

Returns/Refunds
Due to the nature of macarons being perishable, they are non-refundable and returns are not accepted.  If you are completely unsatisfiedwith your order, please contact me within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
