Online Order Policy

By placing an order on our website, you are offering to buy the macarons itemised in your order to us.

As my macarons are made to order, two days notice is required. I am unable to offer same day or next day delivery due to the nature of my business.

 

Once your order has been received, I will send you a confirmation email which includes the details of the macarons you have ordered. If there are any errors in your order confirmation, please bring it to my attention before the midday of the day of order. Please email to notify me of any errors. It may be too late to make any changes to your order before delivery if notification is received after this time.

If I am unable to accept your order for any reason, such as the macarons you ordered being out of stock, or having been under or incorrectly priced on the website, or for any other reasons we will notify you by email at the email address you have provided and I will refund any payments which may have been taken from you.

Due to the handmade nature of the macarons, any colours, flavours or appearance may not be the exact equivalent to any pictures or descriptions on this website.

If I am unable to to send you one or more of the flavours you have chosen, I reserve the right to replace it with a close alternative if your choice is not available.

You agree that any personal messages posted by you on this website or which you request to be sent by us on your behalf, will not contain anything that could be construed as vulgar, abusive, threatening, racist or defamatory. I reserve the right to refuse to send or display any message we deem inappropriate and to cancel without liability to you associated orders.
