Macarons are delicate, bite-sized treats with a crisp exterior and soft, chewy interior. Made with egg whites, sugar, icing sugar and almond flour and filled with flavoured chocolate ganache, jellies, curds and buttercream.
I am a small, independent business based in Balsham, Cambridgeshire where my macarons are made in small batches. All macarons are custom-made and fresh to order.
My macarons are available to buy on-line in boxes of 6 or 12 filled with classic flavours from chocolate to salted caramel or create your own box with your favourite flavours.

My contemporary macaron towers are carefully handmade and are available in a variety of flavours and colours to fit your theme.
Choose one colour or as many colours as your like. Ombré themed towers, the blending of one colour hue to another usually moving from dark to light are very popular.
Macaron towers are available in 6 tier holding 60 macarons to 10 tier with 160 macarons. Fill them with fruity flavoured chocolate ganache such as passion fruit or raspberry or savoury salted caramel or buttercream.
